1. Pricing & Quotations

1.1 Pricing Models

1.2 Quotation Terms

  • Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Expiration: After 30 days, pricing may be updated without prior notice
  • Price Increases: 30 days' advance notice provided; existing contracts are honoured at original pricing
  • Custom Pricing: Available for long-term engagements and enterprise clients

2. Invoicing & Billing

2.1 Invoice Details

Each invoice includes: GoNexel company details and GST number, Client billing address, itemised breakdown of services, quantities and rates, subtotal, tax (GST), and total amount due.

2.3 Invoice Disputes

Disputes must be raised within 15 days of receipt. Provide specific details of the disputed charges. GoNexel will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Corrected invoices are issued if an error is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms & Due Dates

4.1 Advance Payment

New clients are required to pay an advance — typically 50% of the project cost or the full monthly fee. The advance secures your project slot and confirms engagement. Advances are refundable per our Refund Policy if work has not commenced.

5. Late Payment & Penalties

Important: Timely Payment

Late payments disrupt project timelines and resource allocation. Please ensure payments are made on or before the due date.

5.1 Grace Period

A 5-day grace period is allowed after the due date before penalties are applied. A payment reminder is sent on the due date.

5.2 Late Payment Interest

  • Interest Rate: 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the overdue balance
  • Minimum Charge: ₹500 per month or 1.5%, whichever is greater
  • Compounding: Interest compounds monthly on the outstanding balance

5.3 Consequences

  • After 15 days: Services may be suspended. Account placed on hold.
  • After 30 days: Access to services and data may be restricted.
  • After 60 days: GoNexel may pursue formal collection action.

5.4 Payment Arrangements

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, contact us to arrange a payment plan. We offer flexible terms on a case-by-case basis — documented in writing.

6. Taxes & GST

  • GST Rate: 18% on all services (standard rate under Indian GST law)
  • Invoices: GST-compliant invoices with GoNexel's GSTIN
  • International Clients: No GST charged (export of services exemption). International export invoices provided.
  • Input Tax Credit: Clients registered under GST may claim input tax credit on GoNexel invoices

Discounts require manager approval, are shown as a separate line item on invoices, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

8. Refunds & Service Credits

  • Refunds: Governed by our separate Refund Policy
  • Service Credits: Issued for SLA breaches per our Service Level Agreement. Credits applied automatically to the next invoice and expire if unused within 12 months.
  • Overpayments: Refunded within 30 days or credited to your account upon request

9. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Default Currency: Indian Rupees (₹ INR)
  • International Clients: May pay in INR or an agreed-upon currency (USD, EUR, GBP)
  • Exchange Rate: RBI official rate on the invoice date
  • Conversion Fees: Client's responsibility

10. Subscription & Recurring Billing

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Renewal reminder sent 7 days before billing.
  • Cancellation: 30 days' written notice to info@gonexel.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current period.
  • Upgrades: Effective immediately; prorated charges apply.
  • Downgrades: Effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

11. Payment Security

  • Encryption: All payment data encrypted with SSL/TLS
  • PCI Compliance: Compliant with PCI DSS standards
  • Card Storage: GoNexel does not store card details — processed through secure payment gateways
  • Fraud Monitoring: Continuous monitoring; suspicious transactions flagged and verified

12. Dispute Resolution & Escalation

  1. Notify GoNexel within 30 days with specific details of the dispute
  2. Investigation — completed within 10 business days
  3. Resolution — communicated in writing with adjustment or corrected invoice

Escalation Path

  • Level 1: Support Team (initial response)
  • Level 2: Finance Manager (if unresolved after 5 days)
  • Level 3: Finance Director (if unresolved after 10 days)
  • Level 4: Management (if unresolved after 15 days)
